Sztuka czy nie-Sztuka?

Dyskusja trwa: Czy graffiti, murale, tagi i wszystko to co zwykło się nazywać "sztuką ulicy" to faktycznie sztuka? Biorąc pod uwagę, że powoli wszystkie obszary sztuki (także tej użytkowej) szukają nowych platform przekazu, a to co dotąd przyjmowaliśmy za standard ulega stopniowej erozji (patrz: Chicago Times-Sun wychodzi z założenia, że każdy kto ma iphona jest w stanie dorównać profesjonalnemu fotografowi), być może ulica faktycznie powinna być miejscem artystycznej ekspresji?

Art or non-Art?

Jury is still out on whether graffiti, murals and tags or what we call "street art" can actually be named THE ART? Considering that almost all other art forms are looking for new means of expression and what we used to take as a norm is slowly crumbling down (see: Chicago Times-Sun decided that everyone who has an iphone is basically as good as a professional photographer) maybe street is really a place to be for an artist?
